Vissa ingredienser var v\u00e4l r\u00e4tt givna, men f\u00e4nk\u00e5l mitt i allt det d\u00e4r andra? Resultatet blev \u00f6ver f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan:<\/p>\n<p>2 fl\u00e4skkotletter<br \/>olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 f\u00e4nk\u00e5l i skivor<br \/>3 f\u00e4rskl\u00f6kar i skivor<br \/>3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor i skivor<br \/>1\/2 ask champinjoner i skivor<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e4dde<br \/>En skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<br \/>svartpeppar<br \/>salt<\/p>\n<p>Bryn f\u00f6rst kotletterna i olivolja och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan. Bryn gr\u00f6nsakerna i samma olja tills de mjuknat lite. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde och vin och krydda till bra smak med salt och peppar. L\u00e4gg tillbaka kotletterna, s\u00e4tt p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t puttra p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme medan ni \u00e4ter f\u00f6rr\u00e4tten. Njut sedan denna r\u00e4tt som den \u00e4r eller med n\u00e5got tillbeh\u00f6r.
