P\u00e5 samma marknad hade jag inhandlat n\u00e5gra endiver, inspirerad av n\u00e5t matt\u00e4vlingsprogram p\u00e5 fransk teve (vars recept jag sedan hunnit gl\u00f6mma bort). Det fick bli n\u00e5n egen variant.<br \/>Jag delade endiverna i halvor och lade i en ugnsform. Sen p\u00e5 med lite gr\u00e4dde, salt och peppar. Jag rev rej\u00e4lt med parmesanost \u00f6ver och toppade med lite cayenne doux (inte den starka sorten). K\u00f6rde detta i 200 grader i 25 minuter.<br \/>Blev s\u00e5 kanongott att Rolf sade att jag m\u00e5ste spara receptet.
