Det blir g\u00e4rna s\u00e5 alldeles automatiskt n\u00e4r man tar bort skinnet. De bredaste fil\u00e9erna sk\u00e4r jag dessutom en g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngden s\u00e5 de blir s\u00e5 d\u00e4r smala och fina.<br \/>Jag l\u00e4gger fil\u00e9erna successivt p\u00e5 ett fat. N\u00e4r f\u00f6rsta lagret \u00e4r fullt l\u00e4gger jag \u00f6ver finhackade vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, sedan forts\u00e4tter jag med lager tv\u00e5.
